Basic Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
This is the simplest strawberry smoothie recipe I use. It takes less than 5 minutes to create a wonderful smoothie dessert for your guests.
The basic recipe is for 4 servings, just double or split in half to get either two or 8 servings of this delightful stawberry smoothie.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups ice cream
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
Pour all ingredients in blender except the sugar. When the smoothie is smooth, (I like that expression!) taste it and add sugar according to your taste.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
If you don't have lemon juice, don't despair. The strawberry smoothie will taste exceptionally even without it.

With sugar or without? If yes, how much?
My tip: It's always better to have too little sugar than too much. This way your guests can add sugar if they want to.
