Strawberry Hot Fry

Ingredients:

• 1 cup strawberries


• 1/2 cup oil


• 1 cup chopped onion


• 1/2 cup capsicum


• salt

Directions:

1. Cut strawberries into four pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Fry onions in oil till they are brown.
4. Add salt and Capsicum.
5. Add 1 cup water and cover the pan.
6. After 8 min add strawberries and cook for another 2 min.
7. Transfer the dish into another bowl.
8. Enjoy the dish with your family!!
