Strawberry Almond Dessert

I love strawberries and I also love nuts. What would be a better choice than combining the two for a delicious Strawberry Almond Dessert?

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (125 g) cream cheese
• 1 cup (250 g) plain yoghurt
• sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 cup (250 g) strawberries
• 2 tablespoons almond splitters

Directions Mix cream cheese and yoghurt. Add sugar to your liking and lemon juice.

Cut strawberries into slices. Take half of the mixture and combine it with 1/2 cup of strawberries.

Use high dessert glasses and fill alternately with white cream, red cream and strawberries.

Decorate with almonds.

Enjoy!
