Easy Blueberry - Strawberry Crisp

This strawberry crisp recipe is one of my favorites because no one would guess it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and slide into the oven.

Ingredients

- 1 pint blueberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 1 pint strawberries, hulled, sliced (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 2 cups granola
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss prepared berries in an 8-inch square glass baking dish.

Combine granola, oil, and honey in small bowl. Sprinkle over the berries.

Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes, until topping is browned.

Delicious served warm or at room temperature, with ice cream or whipped topping.

This berry crisp recipe comes from Kim Burnett. She has a great blueberry recipe site, Blueberry-Recipe.com
