Banana Strawberry Shake Recipes

Try the banana strawberry shake recipes below to give your strawberry shakes a sweeter touch and richer texture.

Apart from tasting yummy, the bananas will add potassium and other important nutrients to your diet.

But it will also add quite a few calories to your shake or smoothie :-(



Strawberry Banana Shake

Ingredients

- 1 banana peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen stawberries
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
- Sugar

Serves 2

Directions

Put everything in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add sugar according to your taste. Pour into a long drink glass and enjoy!

Low-Carb Tip: The milk can be replaced with soy milk or skim milk.


Strawberry Banana Apple Shake

Ingredients

- 1 banana peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup fresh or frozen stawberries
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
- Sugar

Serves 2

Use the same directions as above.





Low-Calorie Banana Strawberry Shake

Ingredients

(Serves 1)

- 1 banana, frozen
- 6 strawberries, frozen
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp. skim milk powder
- 1 heaping tbsp. high- quality protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp. flax oil (optional)

Banana Orange Strawberry Shake

Ingredients

Serves 2

- 1 banana, frozen
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup milk

Use same directions as above.
