The other method to whiten your teeth is the compound mentioned above. Mix together baking soda, a little salt and enough hydrogen peroxide to make a thick paste. Use this paste to brush your teeth with and rinse thoroughly. This is fairly well-known about and common because it is essentially the first form of toothpaste. The abrasive natures of the salt and soda work to scrub and whiten the teeth, while the peroxide is a great breath freshener, whitener and natural germ killer.
