Hello,

Winter time is Crepes time!

Where I live we have lots and lots of Christmas markets and basically everywhere you can get those delicious crepes. Hot, thin, straight from the pan and covered with all kinds of mouth-watering toppings.

Yummy!

Here's a fairly easy Crepe recipe with strawberries you can do at home.

Strawberry Crepe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of sugar, divided
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 pint of whipping cream
  • 4 dessert crepes
  • Strawberry sauce
